At Stack, our goal is to take modular efficiency to the next level.

Our advanced supply chain network and manufacturing efficiencies allow our clients to achieve true economies of scale on their construction projects.

Our steel frame system can stack 25 storeys high and reduce onsite schedules by 30%-50%. Our global sourcing group can deliver fully furnished modules which can be completed to turnkey completion by our onsite GC partner, Bird Construction.

Stack's steel frame modular system can be applied to an array of projects ranging from remote hotel to urban highrise.

Specialty Arctic Hotel

Soon to be one of the world's great arctic hotels. Stack is manufacturing and delivering a 102 room hotel to northern Canada in the summer of 2019. This energy efficient hotel will provide urban comfort to it's future guests.

Boutique Residences
